“Head-On Train Collision in Denmark: 17 Injured”

Two local trains in Denmark collided head-on, resulting in at least 17 injuries, with four individuals in critical condition, according to emergency services. The collision occurred in a wooded area north of Copenhagen, on the train route connecting Hillerod and Kagerup. Images from public broadcaster DR displayed two damaged yellow and grey trains facing each other following the incident.

Rescue services confirmed that both trains involved in the collision were local trains. Fortunately, all passengers have been safely evacuated, and emergency response teams have been mobilized to the location. The injured individuals have been swiftly evacuated from the crash site using ambulances and helicopters, as reported by the fire department.
