He has been instrumental in supporting Manitoba’s efforts to combat algorithmic or surveillance pricing, a practice where businesses set prices based on individual consumer data.
Besides his role as the former co-CEO of Research In Motion, Jim is the founder of the Canadian Shield Institute, a non-partisan organization dedicated to fostering economic resilience and sovereignty in Canada.
