“Yoplait Recalls Yogurts in Canada for Plastic Concerns”

Yoplait has withdrawn several yogurt products from stores in Canada due to concerns about potential plastic contamination. Yoplait Canada took proactive measures to recall the products after identifying a packaging issue that could lead to plastic entering their drinkable yogurts. The recall, now overseen by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency, affects all varieties of the company’s 200 milliliter YOP drinkable yogurt with best before dates between Oct. 21, 2025, and Jan. 12, 2026. Yoplait emphasized its commitment to consumer safety by collaborating closely with regulatory authorities and retail partners to prevent the consumption of the affected items. The company underscored its dedication to the health and well-being of Canadians in a public statement regarding the recall.
