American skier Mikaela Shiffrin showcased her dominance in the Alpine Ski World Cup slalom race in Finland, setting the stage for the upcoming Olympic season. The 30-year-old outclassed her competitors, securing a commanding victory by 1.66 seconds. This triumph marked her ninth win in Levi and an impressive 102nd World Cup victory overall.
On her 19th birthday, Albanian skier Lara Colturi claimed second place, while German skier Emma Aicher clinched third, marking her first podium finish in a World Cup slalom event.
