Mellow Food is initiating a voluntary recall of specific lots of Delici Dubai Style chocolate mousse because cashew and macadamia nuts may be present without being mentioned on the label, as stated in a notice issued by Costco on Tuesday. The impacted products were distributed between January and February.
The retailer cautioned that these allergens have the potential to cause severe, possibly life-threatening allergic reactions in individuals who are sensitive. They advised individuals with allergies or sensitivities to cashew nuts or macadamia nuts to avoid consuming this product.
