Montreal Roses FC secured a 2-1 victory over Ottawa Rapid FC in the Northern Super League with Tanya Boychuk scoring two goals in the first half on Saturday. Choo Hyojoo netted the only goal for Ottawa. Boychuk opened the scoring 15 minutes into the game and added her second goal 30 minutes later. Ottawa managed to narrow the gap with Hyojoo’s goal at the 62-minute mark but failed to equalize. Montreal had 16 shots, with six on target, while Ottawa had 14 shots, with three on target. The Montreal Roses maintain their unbeaten streak in the NSL this season with this win over the Ottawa Rapid.
