The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) is investigating disruptions related to Puerto Vallarta. The agency ensures airlines adhere to the expectations set by the APPR when facing uncontrollable events like extreme weather or security issues.
Passengers affected by flight disruptions are entitled to rebooking on another flight within 48 hours or a refund if the airline fails to arrange an alternative flight. The APPR distinguishes between large and small carriers in terms of rebooking procedures.
